About the job We are looking for a Primary Teacher who has the heart and motivation to serve the underprivileged community through the work at Dignity for Children Foundation. You will be teaching in a non-profit school environment and working closely with students, parents, and fellow educators to create a holistic and nurturing learning experience. The teacher is expected to be a positive mentor to young learners and responsible for delivering holistic lessons that support both academic and personal development. The teacher role is expected to communicate with parents of their students in terms of education as well as the occasional welfare matters, while creating and maintaining a safe learning space for their class. Education and Skills Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required Teaching certifications and experience in teaching or leadership (preferred but not necessary) Has experience in program development, curriculum writing and research skills Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create productive and healthy relationships Ability to collaborate and work with teams Ability to work independently Technical Competency Requirements: Computer competency, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Tools.
