Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position INFINITY8 as the leader in corporate solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine positioning. Align marketing initiatives with company-wide strategic goals in collaboration with senior leadership. 2. Digital Marketing Lead and execute SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions. Manage website performance and UX to optimize lead capture and user engagement. Oversee creation of engaging content (e.g., blog articles, videos, social media posts). 3. Brand Management Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns. Strengthen brand presence and perception through both online and offline strategies. Lead development of promotional campaigns and events that reflect our brand values. 4. Lead Generation & Conversion Build and refine lead generation strategies that boost occupancy and memberships. Optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys to improve conversion rates. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize ROI. 5. Community Engagement & Partnerships Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking initiatives. Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and ecosystem players. Develop member retention and referral programs to build loyalty and advocacy. 6. Team Collaboration & Leadership Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performing, creative culture. Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to align messaging and goals. Oversee external agencies and freelancers as needed. 7. Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs across marketing channels and report key insights to leadership. Use data to drive decision-making and continuous optimization of marketing activities. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content strategy. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc. Strategic thinker with strong project management and analytical skills.
