- Lead the development and execution of retail expansion strategies to drive company growth and achieve targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores.
- Establish relationships with landlords, developers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable lease agreements and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, construction, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
- Manage the end-to-end process of opening new retail locations, including site selection, negotiations, permitting, build-out, and store launch.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing retail locations, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in retail expansion or real estate development, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with real estate software/tools is a plus.
