Responsible for leading the client's efforts to expand their retail footprint across various markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities for growth, developing and executing expansion strategies, and ensuring the successful launch of new retail locations. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, project management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead the development and execution of retail expansion strategies to drive company growth and achieve targets.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores.
Establish relationships with landlords, developers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable lease agreements and partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, construction, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
Manage the end-to-end process of opening new retail locations, including site selection, negotiations, permitting, build-out, and store launch.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing retail locations, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in retail expansion or real estate development, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with real estate software/tools is a plus.
