Job Description: Campaign Setup Coordinate with account managers to gather specific campaign requirements such as campaign objective, target audience, budget and creative assets Set up and launch campaigns across various ad platforms including Facebook, Google Ads, Tik Tok and DV360 Ensure accurate implementation of campaign namings and tracking parameters to enable campaign measurement and attribution. Refresh creative assets (banners, videos, ad text) across ad platforms Regularly monitor ad delivery & troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery and tracking Collaborate with account managers and Ad Tech team to continually improve the efficiency of campaign setup Reporting Generate regular/ ad hoc reports following standardized templates Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the reports by conducting quality checks and data validation Ensure timely delivery of reports and adhere to reporting schedules Communication & Stakeholder management Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across markets, keeping them informed of the progress of campaign launch/ refresh. Requirements: Bachelor's degree At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads/ Google Ads. Attention to details. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills Continuous improvement mindset Strong stakeholder management skills Solid communication skills - Able to communicate in basic English Fast learner and a team player Basic English for communication
