- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Assist with general administrative tasks including document preparation, taking meeting minutes, photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, archiving and other general office tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Willing to learn and pick up new things
- Proactive, Outspoken, resourceful to work under minimum supervision
- Experience working in Construction industry is an added advantage
