Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Order to Cash (OTC) performance including invoice posting, bank reconciliation, customer payment settlement and other OTC activities Ensure compliance of OTC operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls Review system entries Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff Assist in internal and external audit processes Train new joiners Work towards system improvement, process improvement Develop team spirit and advise daily operations Other duties as assigned Key Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of related work experience Minimum Years of Management Experience: 1-2 years Strong proficiency in Microsoft AX 2012/ Dynamics 365 is preferred Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
