The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering medium-scale infrastructure projects with a strong focus on JBoss and WebLogic server administration. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with technical stakeholders, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring system upgrades, patching, and middleware deployments are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for infrastructure projects, especially those involving middleware platforms (JBoss/WebLogic). Planning, timeline tracking, WBS, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, documentation. Serve as a single point of contact between infrastructure admins, application teams, vendors, and leadership. Define scope, identify risks/issues, and ensure timely escalations and mitigation strategies. Oversee planning and execution of WebLogic/JBoss version upgrades, patch management, performance tuning, and HA configurations. Coordinate CAB reviews, ensure change records are properly documented and scheduled. Prepare weekly/monthly reports, maintain project documentation, runbooks, and compliance records. Manage non-prod/prod environment provisioning and middleware configurations in coordination with infra admins. Suggest improvements to deployment processes, patching cycles, and middleware monitoring practices. Requirements : Mid-level PM experience with strong fundamentals in scope tracking, stakeholder reporting, issue/risk management. Experience managing or coordinating teams involved in JBoss installation, domain setup, clustering, and tuning. Oversight of teams handling WebLogic domains, data sources, deployments, patching, and SSL setup. Working knowledge of Linux infrastructure, DNS, SSL certs, file systems, and load balancers. Familiarity with change processes, approvals, rollback plans, and deployment lifecycle in ITIL environments. Creating executive dashboards, MOMs, RCA summaries, and project tracker updates.
