As a Product Advisor (Mandarin Speaker), you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to mandarin speaker clients on life insurance products, responsible to respond to customer inquiries and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote insurance products effectively over the phone.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote BJAK Life Insurance products and services.
Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
Listen empathetically to customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans tailored to their requirements.
Close sales by effectively presenting the value of BJAK Life Insurance products.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience in telesales or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Knowledge of insurance products and terms is a plus.
Ethical and customer-focused approach to business.
