- Oversee daily activities, including scheduling and monitoring, while also providing guidance and training to staff for personal growth.
- Perform a wide range of service, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks for customer products. Ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards, while also maintaining equipment and promoting team collaboration.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor daily activities.
- Orient, train, and coach staff for personal growth development.
- Ensure all activities and jobs can be delivered within the deadline.
- Assist in gathering the material (BOM) for new installations.
- Assist in servicing jobs if necessary.
- Service/maintain, repair, inspect, test, and troubleshoot products (on-site and in-house), perform installations, attend customer complaints on-site.
- Issue service reports/recommendations for sales personnel for the following action/solution.
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Issue Customer Product Receive Note (CPRN) for all receiving customer products with noted job descriptions and inform the Supervisor.
- Perform Quality inspection for all finished goods.
- Perform delivery.
- Assist in refreshing charging for stock batteries requested by store department.
- Prepare de-ionized water.
- Ensure assigned equipment (tools and PPE) and company vehicles are in good condition and operational at all times, perform periodic inspections, and report damage and losses to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and promote team spirit.
- Maintain working environment in proper order and cleanliness.
- Handle any other duty assigned by management.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with around 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Possesses supervisory skills in leading and guiding juniors.
