Job Responsibility Greet, give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) Prepare beverages as per SOP Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins Handle and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the outlet area clean and tidy Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health, cleaning and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Job Requirements Minimum a SPM/Diploma in any field with 1-2 years related experience. Have experience in handling F&B outlet. Good communication and leadership skills. Detail-oriented person. Have basic computer knowledge. Able to travel and must possess own transport. Able to start immediate will be added advantages.
