Reports to: Medical Director / Chief Radiologist / Center Manager Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary Responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound imaging services within a health screening center. Requires strong technical skills, efficiency, and a gentle, respectful approach to patient care. Must be able to work independently or in a team and build good rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Greet, prepare, and reassure patients for ultrasound examinations, ensuring comfort, dignity, and privacy. Perform a range of scans (abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, breast, vascular, obstetric) according to protocols. Operate equipment skilfully to produce optimal image quality; adapt techniques to individual needs. Work quickly and accurately to maintain patient flow without compromising care. Accurately record measurements, findings, and patient details in the EMR/PACS. Communicate urgent or unusual findings promptly to the physician/radiologist. Follow infection control, safety, and professional standards. Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate servicing as needed. Collaborate effectively with colleagues or work independently when required. Contribute to workflow and service improvements. Qualifications & Requirements Essential: Diploma/Degree in Medical Imaging, Diagnostic Ultrasound, or equivalent. Certified/registered with [relevant professional body].
