Job Responsibility Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers to provide value-added services. Resolve all customer issues effectively by selecting optimal and cost-effective methods. Assist all customer inquiries through phone calls and emails in compliance with company policies and SOP. Follow up, monitor & analyse all customers calls, problems and select optimal solution for customers. Maintain relevant technical knowledge and keep customers informed. Job Requirements At least 1-year of prior customer care support experience or any industry-related experience is preferred. Proficiency with computers, especially MS. Office and Office 365. Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. Ability to plan and keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines. Extremely well organised, independent, goal-oriented and love challenges. Strong communication, critical thinking, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Excellent writing, presentation, and speaking skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
