Internship - Business Admin/Management (Intake March/April 2024)

• Consolidate reports and perform analysis to support team to identify insights to guide decision making
• Assist in developing material to the team with the use of Microsoft Office tools, including but not limited to toppers flyers, agency circular / notices
• Participate in the planning and execution of related functions and events for the team
• On occasional basis, to join in meetings with the team with and leaders and provide support in taking minutes and follow up on action items with the relevant parties
• Provide support on administrative matters for the team, including but not limited to responding to enquiries / directing to the right channel, maintenance of meeting and training rooms, managing meeting and training calendars, organizing documents in a logical manner, distribution of mailing / packages
• Any other day-to-day works that is deemed necessary

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Open to all undergraduates and fresh graduates, priority on Final year students.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00
• Must be able to work 4 months or longer
• Looking for someone who is able to join immediately
