What You Will Expect: This role of an intern is to assist in the recruitment processes and reporting. Intern will have exposure to manage internal stakeholders and external parties, i.e., candidates and vendors. What You Will Do: Assist recruiters in the daily recruitment operations by liaising with various stakeholders as follow: Source and pre-screen of candidate CVs. Arrange interview sessions. Ensure candidate documents are collected and check for accurate completion of all required forms. Assist candidates with the application process on Workday. Assist recruiter with the employment screening processes for shortlisted candidates, i.e. completion of Statutory Declaration Form and follow-up on delayed employment screening reports. Perform reference check with candidates' professional referees (only for junior hires). Maintain the integrity of the recruitment process and ensure it complies to the company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other interns in managing and organizing team activities from time-to-time, i.e. Internship Assessment Day and other team engagement activities. What You Will Need: Undergraduate in Human Resources Management, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent. Minimum CGPA 3.00 or 2nd Class Upper.
