Job Description: In line with our growth plans, we are currently seeking a creative individual to join our team as videographer/video. In this position, you will work closely the creative producers and post production team editing long form video content. You will have experience and a passion for narrative content, digital formats and platforms and loves thinking outside the box. Record, edit video including selecting programme format for final output, capturing/organise raw material, editing footage, sound files and etc. Select and combine the most effective shots for each project in order to form a logically and smoothly running story/project, making each individual cut as fluid and seamless as possible-manipulating and editing raw camera footage, dialogue, sounds effects, graphics and special effects in a way that is invisible to the audience. Meet deadline and manage multiple priorities Manage video library. Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) news content, client's promotional video, story video, recruiting videos, corporate training and other company-wide projects. Expected to know proper sounds levels: voice, music and sound effects. Choose the right track, music and sounds effect. Choose the right sound track, sound effects and graphics and edit them seemingly into edited video for the final product. Able to brainstorm and create storyline for video production. Requirements: We don't care about your education. We care about your PASSION for story-telling. Knowledge in handling a DSLR/Mirrorless camera and photography is an added advantage Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect & Premiere Pro. Knowledge in 3D Software and any other VFX software would be a plus. Have an excellent command in English and understands Malay; no grammatical errors and have proper sentence structure. Must have an eye for story-hooks; to be able to determine videos which are able to capture the audience's attention. Must be diligent and have respect for deadlines Able to work efficiently and deliver quality content with little supervision Creative and good communication skill.
