Summary Our client is a reputable company in the metaphysics industry. In order to support the company's expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as HR and Admin Manager. The HR and Admin Manager plays a crucial leadership role, tasked with supervising administrative and human resources operations. This position entails directing the administrative team, enforcing HR policies, and guaranteeing smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employer branding, performance management, compensation, attendance and admin. To liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements Review, formulate, develop, and implement Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and support the company's long-term objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimun 5 years of HR Generalist or similar role experience. People oriented and results driven Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
