- Perform daily income audit function for hotels rooms
- Ensure that all income from rooms is taken up completely and correctly in accounting records
- Prepare Daily Sales Journal
- Prepare Daily Exceptional Report
- Report to Assistant Finance Manager on any breach on internal control procedures for rooms income audit
- Prepare reconciliation and analysis for Trade Debtors Account, Guest Ledger, Advance Deposit Ledger and others General Ledger Code assigned
- Responsible for upkeep of the section with regard to document control and office upkeep
- Liaise with individual operational personnel on all issues related to variances on income audit
- Possess minimum SPM / LCCI / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U or Diploma / Certificate in Accounting / Finance / Banking or ACCA / CIMA / MICPA Level 1 or equivalent
- Possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to write and converse in English
- Possess good disciplinary records
