Responsibilities:- Liaising with clients and vendor to ensure projects are completed to specifications.- Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks.- Drawing up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and various other documents.- Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality- Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment- Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems- Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted- Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed- Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule- Log all services and report progress to management- Utilize and store all equipment properlyRequirement:- Diploma & above- Above 3-5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing- Good communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English- Previous supervisory experience- Excellent coaching and communication skills- Ability to track expenses and compile budget reports- Broad knowledge of production planning processes- Strategic planning skills- Comfortable working in an automotive manufacturing environment- Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation- Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting
