- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and records sales activities to ensure achieving monthly KPI.
- Conduct product presentation and provide consultants to potential clients to stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs.
- Perform and effectively manage all sales process and duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing and follow through sales administration)
- Organize, site visit, measure and Propose to house or office owners and implements national sales program by developing field sales action plans.
- Cultivate leads and generate referrals.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Track and timely reporting sales activities and maintain good records.
- Conribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Establishes sales channels by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demands services.
- To sell, upsell and cross sell company range of products and services End User and Clients such as Interior Designer, Architect, Developers, Project Consultant, Contractor, Kitchen Planner etc.
- Other reasonable assigned duties related to good faith belief for this position and company related business.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma & above
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Minimum 2-4 years with Sales experience of Electrical Appliances or Home Products is preferred.
- Highly strategic, interpersonal, organized and with good time management skills.
- Highly collaborative, team player, positive attitude.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
- Experience of creating new business opportunities and follow-up.
- Impeccable presentation skills.
