Tanggungjawab
  • Process and verify vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain proper records of procurement and payment transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and APAC financial regulations.
  • Support monthly reconciliation and reporting related to procurement payments.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in procurement and payment workflows.
