Handling full set of Accounts Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Perform month-end closing activities, monthly reconciliation report and ensure financial closing complete within the due date. To perform accounts-related data entry and other general accounting duties Prepare payment instructions for entities with external accounting service provider Prepare yearly budget for review and ensure liquidity for the entities in charged Liaise with company secretary, tax agent and auditors Prepare GST report for submission Perform other ad-hoc assignments as and when required Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor&aposs Degree in Accounting / Finance with 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Possessing professional certifications is advantageous. Fast paced team player that is able to work independently, self-motivated. Meticulous, initiative and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office / Excel applications. Experience with Quickbook accounting system is advantageous. Additional Information: Successful candidate must be able to work in our Malaysia office at Taman Austin Perdana, JB. Candidate who want to work in KL are open to apply as well.
