
Accounts Payable Officer

- Manage accounts payable operations, including monitoring the inbox, processing supplier invoice payments, issuing debtor invoices, and performing global and daily reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate supplier and owner records by adding/updating supplier details, overseeing reimbursements for overpaid levies and owner-incurred expenses, and collecting ABN/TFN details for new Unit Plans.
- Coordinate invoice processing workflows by assigning invoices to Strata Managers for approval, monitoring due dates, reviewing monthly supplier statements, and managing external approver accounts.
- Administer banking activities such as opening, transferring, and closing Unit Plan accounts, liaising with banks, managing transaction and investment accounts, and approving payment files.
- Support financial transactions by processing staff and stakeholder reimbursements, facilitating payments for utilities, invoices, and payroll, and assisting with expense claims.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve inquiries, update banking details, and provide necessary financial documentation during Unit Plan handovers or transitions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by assisting with administrative tasks within the Finance Team and supporting the development of strategies to improve efficiency and reduce financial risk.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
