- To facilitate OD project or assignment e.g. talent management, organization performance model workshop, communication matrix, line centric organization structuring etc.
- Support the Sr. L&D Manager with the coordination and administration of several Operations-specific global OD initiative
- Support the Sr. L&D Manager and collaborate with site HRBPs to deliver and execute the organization development needs of high-potential employees identified during the Talent Review process; and other selected employees identified during succession planning per needs.
- Conduct deep dive sessions, depending on the business needs of the organization by maintaining an understanding of new organization development techniques and methods.
- Reviewing and updating existing organization development-related training materials and contents (e-learnings, classrooms, etc..) produced internally and by third parties / external vendors to determine appropriateness and relevance.
- To be subject matter expert (SME) per topic assigned and to facilitate related Organization Development workshop & deep dive sessions in order to build organization capability.
- To act as administrator for scope assigned e.g. global Organization Pillar at Ansell Production System (APS) Academy platform and as guardian of all related documents stored in the platform.
- To enhance current organization development practices and execution as part of continual improvement initiative.
- Evaluates and assists in designing organization development training manuals and related materials, training classes, and training procedures for any deployed programs.
- Tracks the progress of deployment and effectiveness through routine tests, observation, and feedback from reporting managers; evaluates the effectiveness.
- Relates any problems in implementation effectiveness evaluation to the relevant reporting manager/department leader and provide recommendations to help resolve them.
- As administrator and governing over global organization pillar competencies assessment tools/ methodologies.
- Ensure evaluations processes are effective, meaningful and followed-up on.
- Bachelor degree Human Resource, Communication or related to training and development
- At least 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or human resource portfolio.
- Have exposure to Integrated Work System, Ansell Production System, Lean Six Sigma business improvement system.
- Experience with software tools, e.g. LMS tools and Power BI, Smartsheet, Power Apps etc.
- Experience in development and facilitation of organization development initiative, training or business improvement programs.
