Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work. Good communication skills. Able to start immediately or within short notice. Responsibility Assist in data entry for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Debtors' Aging and General Ledger. To generate Invoices, Statement of Accounts in a timely manner. Prepare and perform monthly/yearly statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDC, etc) Verify and prepare any other recurring payments for management approval. Ensure all transactions are complete and accurately updated into the accounting system, properly documented and filed. Answer and redirect appropriately incoming calls. Arrange and manage logistics requirements of the business operations. Manage and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Ensure office supplies, stationery and pantry items are managed and sufficient.
