Lead the analysis of the current business capabilities (enabled through applications), technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. In addition, lead the analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise as well as on the technology. Document necessary solution architecture design, analysis and costing work This role will collaborate with business constituents, other EA team members like Business Architect, project teams, infrastructure management team and staff in various IT functional areas (like Infrastructure/Service Management, Application Management, IT Security, etc., ) as needed to fulfill the responsibilities described above. To participate in the vendor analysis and identification, RFP, vendor evaluation and assessment Engage with vendor on the matters related to solutioning and project People Management: Work with multiple stakeholders; both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. The role is to take this knowledge and ensure that the business and IT are in alignment. Provide leadership role and guidance to solution team in assessing various solution options innovatively and facilitate in recommending most economical solution for the given business problem.
