- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evolving customer needs.
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote company products and services while addressing and anticipating clients' objectives.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation.
- Provide reliable feedback and deliver consistent after-sales support.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Mentor, guide, and develop entry-level staff into high-performing sales professionals.
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or any relevant field.
- Min. 5 years’ working experience as a Business Development Manager, or any Sales-relevant role with proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, or any Chinese dialect.
