Plan, Develop, Conduct, and Monitor Product Testing and Results Create and develop test programs for SpecTek products. Conduct tests, gather and analyze data, and document results and tests using feedback from performance in the intended application to tune the testing methodology. Monitor product performance on the test floor, and maintain the program for yield improvements/enhancements, test time reduction, new capabilities, and manufacturing process changes. Document and provide feedback of test results to stakeholders. Support Manufacturing and Develop/Improve Test Process Investigate manufacturing issues related to Probe and Test processes and identify and implement solutions. Manage and analyze module Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), ensuring accurate processing and comprehensive reporting to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Develop Software, Process, And Data Automation Solutions Ensure all test programs, scripts, or any other software are tested and debugged prior to a production release. Work with internal customers, suppliers, and other sites to develop and implement improvements that reduce cost and/or improve quality and/or reliability. Identify and promptly report any conditions or behaviors that are contrary to EHS policies or procedures. Follow safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper PPE, energy isolation, and chemical safety). Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturer and company guidelines. Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner. Cooperate with all audits. Develop and maintain device/part knowledge as well as equipment, systems, and test processes. Collaborate with other departments worldwide to develop and maintain product knowledge or technology. Develop and optimize software and tools to provide automation solutions that enable one or more of the following: output improvement, yield improvement, quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency gain, and accuracy. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience with Semiconductor Business, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Programming, Production/Manufacturing field Have demonstrated a working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating environments. Have demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and applications. Have demonstrated proficiency with C++,C#, Python and/or Perl program languages. MSSQL and MySQL relational database systems knowledge. Have demonstrated the following electronic and electric circuit knowledge: digital systems and electronic logic; transistor operation; analog circuit technology. Have demonstrated a working knowledge of Oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Have demonstrated knowledge of basic algorithms and programming data structures. Have demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize work, and meet firm deadlines in high pressure situations without compromising quality. Have demonstrated strong listening, motivating, interpersonal interacting, and time management skills. Have displayed proficient verbal and written communication skills. Have demonstrated excellent attention to detail with ability to produce highly accurate work while providing corrective suggestions for resolution to identified gaps or risks.
