- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the pet care or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with B2B clients and B2C customers.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales administration, including order processing and record management.
- Experience in event coordination and team leadership is advantageous.
- Possess own transportation for business-related travel.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend events.
- Passion for pets and genuine interest in promoting pet health and well-being.
- Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as retailers and buyers, to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Engage with B2C customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Able to layout sales plan in both strategic and tactical level
- Able to close sales and meet monthly KPI
- Conduct regular visits to retailers, pet shops, distributors, and potential clients to showcase our pet skin care products and secure sales agreements.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain an organised database of clients for effective follow-up.
- Communicate proficiently with various stakeholders, delivering clear and engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and explanations.
- Coordinate the team's participation in pet-related events, expos, and pet bazaars to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Plan logistics, manage booth setup, and ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and tracking sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist in sales forecasting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
