You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our logistics products and services, with specific focus on first mile, middle mile, customs and mobile app development.SALARY RANGE: RM8,000 - RM10,000DESCRIPTION

Work closely with the Product Manager to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and stakeholder requirements
Defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial and operations, to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform product decisions
Demonstrate the ability to think independently and make data-driven decisions in the context of
Plan and coordinate product testing and trial runs to ensure product quality and functionality meet the desired standards
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and roadmap

RequirementsSKILLSThese are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Slack) is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the logistics industry
Proven track record of managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch
