Purpose of the Role This position is responsible for day-to-day demand supply forecasting, replenishment planning, development and execution of KPIs for Malaysia and Brunei markets. What You'll Do Key contact person to clients in areas related to demand forecast, supply planning, PO placement, material management and shipping arrangement. Work closely with Sales & Marketing to drive accurate demand through analysis of historical sales data, market trends, new products launch, marketing campaigns and promotional timeline. Plan forecast supply and shipment of stocks based on demand from commercial team to ensure consistent stock availability and avoid stockouts. Analyze demand trends, identify opportunities, highlight risks and make recommendations to management to improve forecast accuracy. Develop reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including forecast accuracy and inventory holding. Review short expiry stocks and work closely with Sales & Marketing to deplete near expiry stocks to minimize write-offs. Collaborate with cross functional departments (Client Service, Warehouse, Regulatory and Finance) to ensure alignment with the needs of business. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and responsiveness within the supply demand functions. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management. What will make you successful: Must-Have: Minimum bachelor&aposs degree in finance, supply chain or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer good industry. Advantage to Have: Good verbal & written communication and negotiation Proficiency in Microsoft Offices, ERP, and SAP Team Commitment (Must have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve common objectives) Problem Solving (Strong analytical skills required.
