About the Company The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. The company is tasked with contributing to develop and enhance Mitsubishi Corporation's LNG value chain, across upstream and downstream, leveraging Mitsubishi Corporation's global network. The company's principal business domain includes (1) marketing of LNG including Mitsubishi Corporation's Equity LNG*, (2) optimization of LNG position and (3) LNG shipping. Roles & Responsibilities Calculate/Verify the OT and BIK/perquisites of Staff for approval and submission to Payroll Consultant (Tricor) before cut-off date; Check/Verify Payroll Report/Funds Request Statement from Tricor for verifica on/approval, and for Processing of Payment by FA, and coordinate with Tricor for payment of salaries by due date. Coordinate with Tricor for all periodic and annual regulatory filing and submission of HR regulatory documents, including EA forms, E Forms etc; Coordinate with Tricor for necessary procedures for payroll of new employees and leaving employees; Manage and update the HRMS system (Unit4) for Personnel Details and Leave Management of all employees; Manage and track the Medical Expenses and Shared Benefit Expenses Review of employee salaries and market survey Coordinate with Panel of Clinics for update of employees list and arrangement of medical check-ups; Plan and coordinate functions related to Employee's benefits. Update Organizing to include changes in organizing structure and employees changes; Assist in review and preparing the documentations for new staff requisition of the Company, and assist in liaising with Recruitment companies for such requirements Visa Application& Termination for Expatriates/Secondment Agreements Prepare necessary procedures and documents for onboarding and onoarding of employees and expatriates. Assist in arrangements of suitable training program for Employees as requested by management of Company, or HLC Staff welfare & engagement including company events arrangement. Assistant of processing of Invoices and Claims for Payment (ex. Support of entertainment expense application), and medical and HR benefit claims from employees) IT management, date & filing management Assist in the Management of corporate rules, regulations & SOP Requirements Candidate with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in full HR spectrum. Obtained Degree in HR or Business Administration. Candidate must be able to speak well in English, Malay & Chinese.
