Role Description We are seeking a Partnership & Market Development Associate to join our team in Selangor, Malaysia. This role will focus on expanding partnerships, engaging clients, and supporting market growth in the fast-evolving fields of genomics and preventive health. Responsibilities include conducting market research , identifying new business opportunities, supporting client relationships, and developing growth strategies that align with Neo Nexon's mission. The role requires working closely with healthcare providers, wellness partners, and research collaborators to deliver impactful genomic solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities in genomics and preventive healthcare. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, wellness centers, and corporate partners. Support client onboarding and ensure high-quality engagement throughout the partnership cycle. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients and partners. Contribute to outreach, presentations, and proposals for new markets and collaborations. Track market trends and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and partners. Ability to conduct market analysis and translate findings into actionable strategies. Interest or background in healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences is an advantage. Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms.
