Roles, Responsibilities And Job Expectations Perform deburring, helicoil, pin insertion, jitterbug for parts and visual check on component after process; ensure timely delivery of products in required quality and at reasonable cost level. Actively participate in continuous improvement process and maintain 6S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain safety. Timely perform maintenance on deburring equipment, station according to schedule. Properly setup and handle deburring equipment and parts with correct parameters for deburring processes. Accurately maintain information in Production Supporting System (i.e. Inventory, cost, quality, delivery lead time) with accurate data entry and timely transactions. Perform task according to procedure & work instruction. Perform timely recording and accurate reporting of production status especially departmental KPI. Reports to and supports supervisor in term of coordinating and communicating in case of quality issues, parts & components availability, and any critical delivery timelines. Carry out any non-conformance parts rework activities according to non-conformance procedure. Any other Tasks assign by Superior. Key Competencies And Skills Prefer working experience in similar metal removal, polishing and visual inspection processes. SPM / SKM/ Certificate in Sciences / Engineering or Diploma in Science/Engineering Must have a steady hand to perform precise handwork Good characters for teamwork and reliability Good eyesight & good physical and able to carry heavy parts (15kg) Special Skills (such As Special Certifications) Prefer with PSDC or JMTI Level 23 VAT is an equal opportunity employer.
