Responsibilities: Assist technical sales by engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements, support sales teams in developing customized technical solutions, and secure client approval for industrial steel structure building proposals. Develop and prepare technical documentation, assess client requirements, coordinate pre-sales project materials, assist in defining project scopes for quotations, and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of technical specifications. Provide technical expertise during the tendering process by supporting sales teams in competitive bidding, leading technical presentations and stakeholder discussions, thoroughly responding to tender documents, and building client confidence in company products and solutions Conduct technical analysis, stay updated on market trends (new technologies, processes, and products), analyze competitors' solutions and products in collaboration with the R&D and technical departments, and participate in discussions & development on new technologies. Train internal sales and demand generation teams to enhance their knowledge of the company's product benefits and technical solutions, enabling them to effectively drive market growth Work collaboratively with technical, design, project management, supply chain, and pricing teams to drive successful outcomes. Manage and support local regulatory compliance, product certification, and logistics, serving as the primary liaison with relevant government agencies and authorities eg MSSA. Serve as the company&aposs representative and uphold its professional image within the assigned region. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial & Civil Construction or related field; 5 years of structural design experience in steel structure companies, with knowledge of building structures and metal cladding, roofing systems. Proficient in structural design software including PKPM, 3D3S and other international design software, as well as office software and AutoCAD. Independent, resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus. Willing to travel frequently Show more Show less
