
Senior Finance Executive

- Prepare full set accounts, including reconciliation, adjustments, posting of journal entries and maintenance of audit schedules etc.
- Process and reconcile payments to vendors in a timely manner.
- Prepare quarterly GST submission.
- Preparing bank reconciliation report.
- Support expense management, including but not limited to cost forecast and monthly cashflow forecast.
- Assist in audit queries and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in accounting systems.
- Identify opportunities for improving financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in any finance related tasks or automation initiatives.

- Min 8 years' experience in finance or accounting experience in the financial industry.
- Good understanding of financial controls, accounting standards and tax .
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Suite) and Microsoft Excel. Coding knowledge will be highly advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Shared Services would be advantageous.
