Assist in reviewing IT-related contracts
Support compliance efforts for FDA, HIPAA, GxP, and licensing agreements
Help manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Conduct legal research on data governance and regulatory frameworks
Organize and maintain legal documentation and contract databases
Collaborate with IT and legal teams on cross-functional projects
