Apply early intervention strategies to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development. Collaborate with therapy teams (e.g., Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists) to ensure the consistent implementation of intervention plans. Monitor and document each child's progress and prepare periodic progress reports. Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Special Education. Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage. Strong communication skills and patience in handling children with different challenges.
