As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations within our organization.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently and accurately
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure optimal equipment performance
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and maintenance techniques in your field

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to equipment maintenance and repair
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
