Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Analog Circuit Design: Design and develop analog circuits such as voltage regulators, LDOs, high-speed and general-purpose I/O buffers, PLLs, and clocking circuits. Spice Simulation: Conduct comprehensive spice simulations to analyze circuit performance, including aging, variation, EOS (end-of-stress), and RV (random variation) coverage. RTL/Behavioral Model Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of RTL and behavioral modeling to effectively integrate analog circuits into digital systems. Timing Characterization: Utilize PrimeTime STA and SiliconSmart tools to characterize the timing behavior of analog circuits and ensure they meet performance requirements. Custom Layout: Demonstrate expertise in custom layout design, including floorplanning and critical/analog layout review. Familiar with Intel/TSMC process and design flow is preferred. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in analog design. Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in analog design tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler). Experience with spice simulation tools (e.g., HSPICE, Spectre). Knowledge of timing analysis tools (e.g., PrimeTime).
