Responsibilities Review and analyze plans, schematics, and customer documents for cost estimation. Gather detailed technical requirements through discussions with customers. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design solutions meeting customer needs. Manage customer relationships, fostering new business opportunities. Adjust strategies by analyzing competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare quotations, cost assessments, and test proposals for projects. Oversee project progress, communicate effectively, and provide support as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering. Min 1 year working experience in related field. Great interpersonal and communication skills with internal team, customers and suppliers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning and leadership skills. Project management and analytical skills. Willing to travel outstation and overseas. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
