- create high-quality software and devise innovative solutions to provide a superior user experience in the realms of financial custody and settlements.
- collaborate with the team to implement improvements and significant features that align with the product vision, playing a role in the creation of new services to retain current clients and attract new customers.
- revise code to address system issues and enhance performance, actively contributing to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- adhere to the team's definition of done, ensuring that work meets acceptance criteria, passes code reviews, and includes appropriate testing.
- participate actively in the design and refinement of requirements, playing a key role in the development process.
- support the DevOps team and stakeholders in preparing for seamless software releases.

- familiar with Agile principles and values and experience working in a Scrum team
- experience working with version control (Git) and other basic development tools
- experience working with REST APIs
- 8 years+ experience with .NET Core and C#. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an intermediate position.
- experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
- experience working in a startup / fintech
- familiar with microservices and domain driven design
- experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- familiar with CI/CD (Github Actions, etc.) and cloud computing (AWS)
- exposure to automated testing (XUnit, NUnit) is a plus
- domain knowledge in virtual assets or finance (DeFi, NFTs, payments, wealth management) is advantageous
