Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, production/material planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms to enhance cost efficiency, delivery speed, and product quality. Track and evaluate key supply chain performance indicators; drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals. Ensure accurate and timely material availability, particularly for SMT and box-build operations. Manage ERP system usage (preferably M2M), ensuring data accuracy for planning and material tracking. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; develop contingency plans for potential disruptions. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and supply chain best practices. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or planning roles within the electronics manufacturing sector. Solid understanding of SMT and box-build assembly processes, along with strong materials control expertise. Proficient in ERP systems, with M2M experience preferred. Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and supplier performance management. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to perform well in high-pressure, deadline-oriented environments. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to AS9100 (ISO 9001), and experience in aerospace, electronics, or ISO 13485-certified medical device manufacturing.
