- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services, staffing solutions, and infrastructure management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to create effective sales strategies.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales reports for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT or Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure services, and staffing business models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to develop client relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
