We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Ensure Project performanceManages all project changes from customers and from Valeo needs (for Quality, Profitability, reliability,... improvements)Ensure project objectives in terms of profitability (product and development), quality, cost, timingCheck and validate Project Team Members activities and propose timing scenario to achieve milestonesCould conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders (prefer: on case by case...)Secure Project resources and control themSolve all project issues with support of simultaneous engineering functionsManage functionally and operationally Project Team with function contributorsDefine and manage his/her budget (all resources)Define scope of projectsPrepare project reviews or ECR/ECO milestones at relevant committeePrepare and submit Investment Approval RequestIs functionally responsible of all Project team member, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team MembersManage communication with Clients on Project development progressKeep client(s) updated on his/her Project progress.Promote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the Project TeamRespect Valeo Code of ethicsRespect health, safety and environment charts and requirementsEnsure Project development in compliance with standards and activities defined in Continue Improvement Procedure & Project Management HandbookEducation Requirement:- Engineering degree and knowledge of Product Group (product/process standards)- Personal skills to manage functional organization- Valeo development methodology- Financial skills on Development costs, Product costs and Manufacturing costsProfessional Experience:- Development knowledge (2-5 years)- Get successful and highly appreciated development experience within Project development team (1-5 years)Job: P0 Project ManagerOrganization: Site GeneralSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2024-04-10Join Us !
