The Recruitment Lead will manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role requires strong data analysis capabilities, confident decision-making, and the ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies while fostering Aemulus' reputation as an employer of choice. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process, including manpower requisition, candidate sourcing, selection, offer management, and all pre-hiring activities. Oversee all hiring stages from initial sourcing to successful onboarding. Advertise open roles on various job platforms to attract qualified candidates. Coordinate and streamline the internal hiring process with relevant stakeholders. Screen and filter job applicants based on criteria recommended by hiring managers. Develop both short-term and long-term hiring plans aligned with organisational needs. Source potential candidates through online and offline channels such as internal referrals, personal networks, and professional connections. Approach potential candidates proactively and build strong relationships for future opportunities via platforms such as LinkedIn and JobStreet. Identify and create new recruitment avenues by exploring the latest trends on social media platforms. Implement and execute talent-sourcing strategies to support and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Track and analyse key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and other performance indicators. Liaise with hiring managers to forecast manpower requirements for upcoming quarters, supporting budget allocation planning. Represent Aemulus at career fairs and build strong partnerships with tertiary education institutions. Enhance and promote Aemulus' employer brand as a great place to work. Take ownership of the recruitment process, influencing its direction and delivering impactful hiring results. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales, or equivalent. (Engineering or Sales background is an advantage.) Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a role heavily involved in recruitment and hiring. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test environments is an advantage. Proficient in using job platforms to post vacancies and source candidates. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple job openings effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced working environments. Strong in data analysis, able to interpret recruitment indicators and provide data-driven recommendations.
