About the Role This role will assist the Creative Design Lead to drive creative excellence from concept to execution as a key member of our Global Marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that achieve strategic objectives. You'll champion user-centred design principles while inspiring creativity and fostering a collaborative, transparent culture. This role demands proactive 'can do' attitude, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate bold ideas into compelling brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Conceptual: Develop creative direction aligned with global/local campaign strategies to drive online sales & marketing targets Translate global marketing requirements into impactful campaigns and designs Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all global customer touchpoints Uphold global brand standards for all visual communications (advertising, promotions, social, product) Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to ideate, concept, and execute creative solutions Execution & Production: Produce high-quality designs across digital and print: online/offline creatives, social media graphics, static/rich banners, print ads, POSM, window displays, and packaging Own the end-to-end design process: from ideation through production and execution Collaboration & Innovation: Champion new ideas, diverse perspectives, and transparent workflows Stay ahead of design/tech trends and integrate innovations into practice Qualifications Education & Experience: 3+ years of education in Design, Fine Arts, or related field 5+ years of creative experience in advertising, print, packaging, and graphic design (agency or in-house) Portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital campaigns, print production, packaging, and social content Proven experience in global team environments or cross-cultural collaboration Skills & Competencies: Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop) Consumer-focused mindset with strong art direction and conceptual abilities Experience with illustration, visual storytelling, or understanding of marketing metrics is a plus Fluent English (Chinese a plus); ability to articulate design rationale Strong project management skills (Asana proficiency preferred) Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong work ethics Show more Show less
