Responsibilities 1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting 2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy 3. Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes 4. Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits 5. Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA 6. Develop relationships with authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc 7. Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 1. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of Payroll and tax knowledge in Malaysia 2. Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills 3. Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities 4. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. 4 years experience with inhouse payroll operation experience 2. Bachelor's degree or above 3. Vendor management and project management skills 4. Experience in Payroll system implementation 5. Highly proficient and excellent communication skills.
