Job Scope 1. Sales Target Setting & Alignment - Develop and implement methodologies for sales target allocation aligned to business objectives. - Work closely with commercial teams to socialize and gain alignment on targets. - Monitor target performance and provide feedback for recalibration. 2. System & Data Management -Maintain and update the sales target tracking system with accuracy and discipline. -Write or edit basic scripts/queries (e.g., SQL or Python) to clean and manipulate datasets. -Ensure high data quality and support data migration, uploads, and system troubleshooting. 3. Reporting & Analytics -Build and manage performance dashboards and reports using advanced Excel. -Perform data analysis to track trends, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights. -Support monthly/quarterly reviews with performance commentary and data storytelling. 4. Process Improvement & Project Management -Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency. -Apply project management principles to scope, plan, and execute key sales ops initiatives. -Work cross-functionally to align on timelines, deliverables, and change management. Requirements -Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. -5-8 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or similar functions. -Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, data modeling). -Basic coding knowledge in SQL, Python, or equivalent scripting language. -Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data integrity. -Proven ability to manage or contribute to cross-functional projects. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
