- Conducting market research and customer analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with product development teams to develop new products or enhance existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Developing a unique value proposition for the product, including messaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Creating marketing and sales collateral that communicates the value of the product to target customers.
- Work with the sales teams to train them on the product's features, benefits, and value proposition
- Monitoring and analysing product performance to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the product's value proposition remains relevant and compelling over time.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurers and brokers to enhance collaboration and product innovation.
- Well versed with the insurance industry
- Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Results driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve with excellent time management skills
- Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude
