- Publish monthly/quarterly IMS brand, CP Dashboard and market reports with key trend commentary.
- Evaluates AZ brands performance against market trends, market growth and market share performance
- Develop KPIs and Dashboard for Management
- Provide insights based on analysis conducted by identifying potential risks or opportunities of AZ key brands
- Consolidate analytic view combining SFE and external data to simulate insightful output for decision making
- Gathers market data and insights on competitors pricing, resources, industry trends from various sources
- Ensure effective monitoring and communication of market changes and trends
- Provide strategic input to assist with the resolution of specific business issues as they arise
- Delivers Business analytic input for better decision making
- Recommends changes to strategies and/or activities.
- Take responsible to co-manage market research for pre-launch and existing brands
- Seek opportunities to advance in AI/ML for IBEX initiative supporting commercial
- Conducts in depth analysis, with input from internal & external stakeholders for new and existing business.
- Assess business opportunities for portfolio expansion and new launches of its viability and profitability
- Ensure every opportunity contributes to overall AstraZeneca business strategy fit and achieve business objectives.
- Build business cases, develop commercial strategy, and drive deliverable per agreed product development strategy and timelines
- Coordinate with region/global for detailed assessments.
- Deliver/supports strategic decisions and coordination for new product launch.
- Coordinate ad-hoc market research as needed.
- Supports Sales Incentive implementation and payout.

- Develop behaviours leading to enhanced effectiveness as outlined in Job Description
- Identify areas for self-development and discuss developmental needs with Line Manager
- Attend & actively participate in meetings and and training

- Report, investigate and implement remedial actions in a timely manner for all incidents, accidents and occupational illnesses that occur within assigned areas
- Attend to all concerns re: SHE highlighted by employees by conducting investigations and implementing necessary remedial actions.
- Promote co-operation and communication across assigned areas of work of all SHE issues and activities.
- Ensure compliance to SHE by implementing, auditing, monitoring and maintaining processes/records related to SHE in assigned areas of work
- Consider SHE requirements for all activities within assigned area of work/control (inclusive of undertaking risk assessments) so that safe systems of work are implemented.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience, preferably in Business/research Analytics and Commercial Role
- Tertiary qualification in Accountancy/Finance or related field.
- High analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to identify potential opportunities/trends
- Proficient in excel (pivot tables, formula arrays, charts) and power point
- Proficient in oral and written communication (English), Conceptual ability, interpersonal, entrepreneurial and management skills.
- Able to work cross-functionally especially with marketing and sales team to develop specific plan to address different challenges at customer level
